How to Make Buffalo Wings Even Better by Using Fish
If you're already a fan of hot buffalo wings then you're going to love these spicy fish bites. They take less than 20 minutes and have that same tangy flavor as wings but with a fluffier, lighter bite. Ingredients: 2 lbs flaky white fish cut into bite size chunks (we used white sea bass here) buffalo sauce (I made my own with Frank's red hot sauce, garlic and butter) high heat, flavorless cooking oil (canola oil, vegetable oil and peanut oil are all great options or avocado oil is fine if you're pan frying) 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp flour (can use all purpose or gluten free) Combine your dry ingredients then toss with fish for an even coating. Heat your oil (you can pan fry but we chose to deep fry for a better crunch) and cook your fish until it's golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Add your now cooked fish to a bowl with the buffalo sauce and stir or toss to coat evenly. Enjoy!
