The Hale Center Theatre on Monroe Street in Sandy, Utah, is a wonderful venue which often has two plays running at the same time. They provide excellent live theatre with talented professional performers who regularly delight their audiences.

The popular musical, "Singin' In The Rain," is playing there until August 13, 2022. Although some performances are SOLD OUT, there may be tickets remaining. It is a real treat to see the show.

The Hale Center Theatre started after Nathan and Ruth Hale moved to Utah after retiring in their 70s. They had a successful theatre in the round for many years in Glendale, California. Their first Utah theatre was in West Valley in 1998. The new Sandy facility was The Hale Center Theatre at the Mountain American Performing Arts Center which opened in November 2017.

Members of the Hale Family still operate the Hale Center Theatre facilities in their various locations. They are dedicated to bringing quality live theatre experiences to the general public in the Salt Lake Valley as well as at their other locations. They often perform in the productions as well.

The Broadway musical of "Singin' In The Rain" was made into a movie starring Gene Kelly, Debbie, Reynolds, and Donald O'Connor.

The show runs approximately two hours and ten minutes. There is free parking offered adjacent to the theatre.

The beautiful venue features theatre in the round where every seat is a good seat.
