It serves Japanese food in a pleasant atmosphere

Close to West High School in Salt Lake City, there is a new Japanese restaurant which recently opened for business. It is Shinobi Sushi Bar and Grill. Although the restaurant is newly opened, the owners have more than twenty years of experience in the restaurant business according to their website.
The area is not a high traffic, busy section of Salt Lake City, but they are getting a steady stream of customers. There is a new, large apartment complex being built across the street from the restaurant which should help bring in clientele after it is ready for occupancy.
Two sushi chefs are busy making the sushi and filling orders for customers. In addition to regular sushi items, the sushi rolls are a popular menu choice. The colorful and delicious rolls, such as the Rainbow Rolls, Spider Rolls, and Dragon Rolls feature ingredients of crab, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
The servers and other restaurant personnel are friendly and nice.
The restaurant is open on Mondays through Thursdays from 12 noon to 9 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 noon until 9:30 pm. They are closed on Sundays.
The Japanese decorations on the wall and fish hanging from the ceiling add to the atmosphere of the restaurant. They have decorated the restaurant in the fashion of Japan as they serve food such as you would likely find in Japan.
