You can expect to be greeted warmly when you enter the Kokonut Island Grill Restaurant. It seems as if the servers are old friends as customers enter the door of the restaurant. You will likely be thanked when you leave.

Hawaiian food is becoming more popular throughout the mainland of the United States, including in Utah. The Kokonut Grill Restaurant is located in a strip mall at 358 South 700 East in Salt Lake City. It is open most days from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

The website says that they serve "Classic Hawaiian Favorites with A Modern Twist." They pair custom Hawaiian favorites with a modern dining experience!

Plate lunches are a popular menu item in Hawaiian restaurants. Plates are available at the Kokonut Island Grill which include meat plus rice and your choice of a macaroni salad or green salad. You choose your meat from a variety of choices which include Teriyaki Chicken, Katsu Chicken, Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Steak, and Fish. They also have delicious sandwiches which are piled with meat.

You are able to call ahead to have food ready for you to pick up. Take out and catering are available.
