They have locations in downtown Salt Lake City, Sugar House, Valley Fair, Murray, Sandy, South Jordan, Millcreek, Bountiful, Orem, Provo, Lehi, and Spanish Fork among others. They are a place to get a healthy meal relatively quickly.

You order your food from a counter and take it to a table of your choice. They also do a lot of take-out business. They do catering for all types of occasions, including box lunches and party trays. They will also prepare food for fundraisers.

Although featured on their menu are soups, salads, and sandwiches, they also have sides and delicious desserts available. There have kids' meals and a variety of drinks. They tout healthy choices and also have extra protein options.

Cafe Zupas started in 2004 in Provo, Utah, when two friends opened their first restaurant. They were passionate about food and wanted to serve good food made from scratch with excellent ingredients. They have expanded now to more than 55 restaurants in eight states.

Cafe Zupas is a popular restaurant to enjoy casual dining with healthy food in a friendly atmosphere.
