Rose Burke

Attention all foodies! Savor St. Pete is back this weekend in downtown St. Petersburg celebrating its 10-year anniversary. The two-day festival will take place on November 5 and November 6 in North Straub Park overlooking Tampa Bay.

Like past years, the event will provide award-winning tastes created by the Bay area’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants. Guests will also have the opportunity to try drinks from local popular breweries and wineries. Some participating restaurants include 400 Beach, Allelo, Bavaros, Bolay, Sculley's, Tijuana Flats, and Tryst.

This year is especially memorable as it's the 10-year anniversary! Festival founder and producer, Tammy Gail, had this to say about the occasion:

Savor St. Pete is thrilled to have reached this significant milestone, and we are truly humbled by the outpour of support from the community these last 10 years. Every year, we continue to provide proceeds to local charities in each market where we produce SAVOR events. We’re excited to deliver our best event yet and look forward to showcasing new activations, culinary offerings, and more excitement this fall.

To celebrate the event, Publix Aprons Cooking School created a new cocktail called The Pier Punch. Guests will also receive a limited-edition wine glass, a custom Perrier and Publix tote bag, and a Sarasota Lamborghini & BMW wine glass lanyard. All food, wine, and beer samplings are included in the ticket price.

General Admission tickets are $95 and include unlimited tastings between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $125 and include exclusive access to the VIP Spirits Lounge and unlimited tastings between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
