There's always something going on in Downtown Dunedin, making it hard not to miss an event every now and then. Whether it's grabbing drinks, getting some exercise, or doing something completely out of your comfort zone, Dunedin has it all.

While COVID has certainly thrown a wrench into all of our plans, that doesn't mean we can't still have fun every once in a while! Business owners in Dunedin, Florida are working hard to ensure all of their customers are safe by enforcing social distancing and wearing masks.

Tuesday, February 23

Walk or Run in Paradise

If you're looking for an activity that will get your heart racing, then consider attending the Walk or Run in Paradise. Participants will meet in a parking lot before taking on the trail along the causeway. Whether you choose to walk or jog, the trail boasts gorgeous views along the water.

The Band at Marathon Gas

A more unique event happening in Dunedin this week is a concert at Marathon Gas. The owner has a band and plays free concerts on the last Tuesday of every month. Bring your own chair and enjoy some '70s classic rock!

Mommy & Me Canvas Class

Ukulele Night at The Honu

Enjoy some live music with your cocktails? Then The Honu is where you need to be Thursday nights! The Hawaiian-themed restaurant and Tiki bar is the only spot in Downtown Dunedin to host a ukulele night on a regular basis. Enjoy the sounds of musician Loren Labrador, aka Hawaiian Breeze, this Thursday night at one of Dunedin's many dog-friendly eateries.

Jack Pallino's Napoletano Style Pizza & Sports Bar is hosting a wine tasting on Thursday where attendees can try some wines straight out of Italy. It's unclear exactly what is included with each ticket, but likely a lot of wine!

Dunedin Downtown Market

If you've been in Dunedin a while, then you know all about the farmers market held each Friday and Saturday. The outdoor market supports local farmers, vendors, and artists. The market has become a favorite among locals as a way to get some fresh air and do some grocery shopping at the same time.

Haggis Celtic Concert

The Scottish American Society of Dunedin will be hosting a Celtic concert with performances by Alan Murray and Haley Richardson. Bouzouki player and singer Alan Murray is originally from Glasgow, Scotland, and has since become an in-demand Scottish performer. Fiddle player Haley Richardson is known for both her classical and traditional Irish music. Tickets for the concert can be purchased on Eventbrite.

Vegan Food Truck Rally & Market

After an extended break, the long-awaited Downtown Dunedin Vegan Food Truck Rally & Market is back! Held at HoB Brewing Company, attendees can expect the choice of several food trucks, live music, vendors, and craft beers. The outdoor event is both kid and dog-friendly. Some food trucks expected to make an appearance include VegarosaFoods, Farmacy Vegan Kitchen + Bakery, Oopsy Daisy Sweets, Vegan Tasty Dogz, and Skoops Italian Ice.
