This is what's going on in America today.
This man was beat up on a subway train in New York while preaching the gospel.
In 2019, this 79-year-old young man was aboard the No. 2 subway train in New York near Times Square. According to one of the passengers, it was said that the old man was singing gospel songs softly and sharing the gospel with passengers on the train.
That’s when a woman stood up, came towards the old man, and started to yell and curse at him. Telling him to stop talking because she would hurt him. The woman took off her stiletto and started to hit the poor man in the head with the heel.
As she did this, no one on the train did anything. They just watched the man get beat and bleed. The woman put gashes in the man's head. And after the woman beat the man, she ran off. That’s when a couple passengers attended to the old man and tried to help him.
The man was rushed to the hospital, where he received about 30 stitches. The woman fled the scene and is still at large.
This is just a small look at what it's like to be a Christian. The United States is nowhere near as bad as some countries where people are literally killed for their faith in God.
Many say and claim they know and stand up for God. But can many stand like this poor man on the train and stand up for their faith? Jesus says that if you deny me before men, I will deny you before my Father in Heaven.
