This is the Prunella Vulgaris plant in the mint family. Also known as common self-heal, heal-all, woundwart, heart-of-the-earth, carpenter's herb, brownwort or blue curls. Eat it raw and salads, boil down and eaten as a leaf vegetable, or you can powder the flowers and brew in a cold fusion to make a beverage.
