An Illinois witness at Pittsfield reported seeing and photographing three lights in the clouds forming a triangle shape at 6:02 p.m. on April 30, 2023, according to testimony from the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC).

The witness is an amateur photographer and noticed an opening in the clouds that appeared interesting.

“I started snapping pictures when I saw three faint lights in the clouds seeming to keep form for several minutes,” the reporting witness stated.

The witness included the original photo and a second version where filters were used to enhance the image to bring out the light.

“It was then, with the additional contrast, that I noticed the triangular form as well. Freaky.”
