A Washington witness at Everett reported watching two silent, round, orange-colored lights about 30 feet over nearby trees at about 8 p.m. on February 26, 2022, according to testimony from the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC).

The witness first noticed the objects as they moved over a wooded area across the street. They were coming from the south.

“It was like a car coming at my house, maybe 30 feet high over those trees, but the lights were a bit further apart," the reporting witness stated. "Estimating 10 to 12 feet apart. And all I could see were those two orange lights that stayed evenly spaced.”

The witness is unsure how many objects there were.

The objects then seemed to dip slightly and were headed toward his house. But then the object cleared his house and headed north but was still very visible as it moved further away.

The witness thought it was unusual for the objects to have no sound.

“What was so unusual was the silence. Absolutely no noise as a plane would be making. No hum or buzz. And also unusual was how low it was flying. That was scary since it suddenly appeared so close with no warning noise before it was visible."

Everett is the county seat of Snohomish County, WA, population 110,629. Witness quotes were edited for clarity. Please report UFO activity to NUFORC or to the Mutual UFO Network MUFON.

Historical Everett Case

A Washington witness at Everett reported watching two, slow-moving, saucer-shaped objects at about 6 a.m. on July 29, 2017, according to testimony from the NUFORC witness database.

The witness noticed two saucer-shaped objects simultaneously in South Everett and North Everett – one heading east the one to the north heading north. The witness lives east of I-5 in South Everett.

The closest object was near 77th Street and Broadway slightly higher than you see a small plane take off in the air. The object was slowly moving eastbound. The second craft was northbound and near the Snohomish River Valley, moving slowly like the closer craft. The nearer craft was close enough to be seen clearly. The sides reflected ambient light. On the bottom was a single light.

“It made no sound and moved smoothly. I noticed it was not like an airplane because an airplane came by with the typical red and blue light and flashing white light and it made the typical engine sounds of a small plane. Both crafts were bigger than a Cessna.”

Witness quotes were edited for clarity.
