Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Release Delayed To April 2023

Unpleasant news comes from the game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The Star wars game made by Respawn will not be released on the specified date, which is March 17, 2023. The game's release has been postponed to April 28, 2023. Here is the official statement:

The reason is the same as other publishers and developers who decided to postpone the release date of their game. The reason is to meet the hopes and expectations of fans. Especially since it was announced last year, this game has immediately become the center of attention because even though it offers a single player mode, the Star Wars game franchise has managed to be packed with interesting stories and gameplay.

For those of you who don't know, the story of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after the first game Fallen Order. Cal Kestis will return as the main character. In this game Cal is no longer a disciple or Padawan. He was already a Jedi Knight who fought against the Empire. Droid BD-1 is also confirmed to return to accompany Cal on his adventures in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Especially through the trailer that was shared, it seems that Cal Kestis will have many new elements of ability that will be presented, making Star Wars Jedi: Survivor worth waiting for. Where he seems to have improved his fighting skills by holding two lightsabers at once, aka dual wielder. In fact, he is also getting better at using his Force power. Of course the new enemies that are present will also demand a new fighting style.
