Rockstar Eater visits Bon Shabu, which is Koreatown LA’s new shabu shabu restaurant! This seafood buffet restaurant closed down about 2 years ago, then reopened recently in its new location on Wilshire Blvd in Ktown. Bon Shabu is a Korean and Japanese-style all you can eat shabu shabu restaurant, which runs for $34 lunch and $58 dinner. You get all you can eat seafood, all you can eat beef (including wagyu slices), and all you can eat crabs, with your choice of hot pot broth.
