Benjamin Delgadillo pleaded guilty to a murder charge Wednesday, according to court documents.

According to the prosecution, Younis Alhassinyani visited his girlfriend's apartment on February 1, 2021, and became involved in a verbal dispute with Delgadillo. As the situation escalated, Delgadillo forcefully tattooed the name of Alhassinyani's girlfriend onto his neck.

Delgadillo and three accomplices compelled Alhassinyani to enter a vehicle and transport him to Euless. Shortly thereafter, Alhassinyani's lifeless body was discovered in a culvert near State Highway 360 and Harwood, with a gunshot wound, as confirmed by the District Attorney's office. Alhassinyani had been reported as missing by his family, who grew concerned when he failed to answer any communication attempts. police authorities stated during the investigation.

Alhassanyani's actions, which involved photographing his girlfriend's credit cards and engaging with other women, led to profound dissatisfaction on her part. The repercussions of his behavior extended beyond their relationship, as three additional individuals, including the victim's girlfriend, were implicated in connection with the homicide.
