The City of Arvada has grown over the last few years. Arvada saw a population rise of over 15% in 2010-2020, and the locals required restaurants and relaxing hubs. There is a new restaurant in the Village of Five Parks.
The Lot Que has brought a much-needed dose of flavor, thoughtful barbeque, eclectic sides, and downtown feels to the quaint Village of Five Parks. Josh Timmon, the owner of Lot Que, moved to the Village of Five Parks about 20 years ago. He recognized that there is a need for a restaurant in the area.
Lot Que is a gastropub with salads, burgers, bowls, grilled entrees, and craft cocktails, and it is strictly barbeque. You can get Texas-style brisket to the Kansas City-style spare ribs and sauces inspired by the flavors of the South, and it appeals to all meat-lovers.
