I recently wrote about the handstand being the single most amazing exercise working your whole body like crazy.

Besides that, I also pointed out the wonderful benefits the handstand delivers to your mind.

Some of the benefits are:

I’m not pushing anyone to try the handstand, but if you want to, you have free and detailed guidance from me.

Why do I do this?

Well, I love practicing the handstand, as it makes me feel great, and builds lean, hard muscle in my core, shoulders, neck, arms, back, and even legs.

The handstand demands your full focus, determination, and power — I like that.

Okay, not everyone can learn it, but most can. If you’re in poor health or have certain injuries, this is not for you.

Either way, my intention, as always, is to inspire, educate and share my knowledge and workouts to help others and spice up your exercise routine along the way!

FYI: working out does NOT have to take long and be grueling, which is why I do these types of moves.I can get a micro-workout containing a plank and handstand done and dusted within 3 to 5 minutes.

I push myself to hold the position for the maximum time possible and try to beat it the next time. It’s that simple!

It’s fun, powerful, and cool!

Why do I call it the lazy man’s handstand?

Partially as I’m poking fun at the trolls, but mainly because you can perform the handstand and get into amazing shape very quickly.

And that equates to getting fit, fast, without much effort and time, which makes the handstand the perfect exercise for the lazy man to beef up his body and mind!

I’ll sign off by repeating myself:

The Handstand is an exercise you should practice, master, and repeat daily.

I’ll share 2 more secrets of my daily health routine keeping me sharp, fit, and lean.

Every morning, I go out for a 3-mile walk, after which I go straight into my 1 daily and favorite micro-workout which takes me less than 5 minutes.

1 Plank for the maximum time, 3 to 4 minutes,

1 Handstand for the maximum time, 1 to 1.5 minutes.

And that sweet little workout boosts my muscles and confidence, making me feel super strong and ready for the day ahead.
