You Can Easily Photograph the International Space Station!

Just a short drive from our suburban Dallas home, we shot the International Space Station as it made its way in front of the sun. Normally we have work or deal with clouds, so we don't often have a chance to shoot this kind of astrophotography. Fortunately, it was a clear day. We used several pieces of budget gear to capture the solar transit, and we know you can too! If you have any questions, you can always reach us here: Jason’s Instagram: Alison’s Instagram:

We are a family of hikers based in Dallas that love to travel frequently in our RV. We are on the road as often as possible and enjoy discovering alpine lakes, slot canyons, natural arches, and other interesting landforms all over the U.S. and sharing our adventures with everyone. When we explore our state of Texas, we always try discovering new local places the whole family will enjoy. If you like hiking, camping, and photography related content, please follow us!
