They Turned This Ranch Into an Amazing State Park

Kickapoo Caverns State Park is an excellent state park that used to be a working ranch. On the Seargeant Memorial Trail, you will learn the history of the rancher that once owned this land and turned it into a state park filled with plenty of natural wonders. This short hike can be accessed near the campground and the Kickapoo Cavern visitor center. We are a family of hikers based in Dallas that love to travel frequently in our RV. We are on the road as often as possible and enjoy discovering alpine lakes, slot canyons, natural arches, and other interesting landforms all over the U.S. and sharing our adventures with everyone. When we explore our state of Texas, we always try discovering new local places the whole family will enjoy. If you like hiking, camping, and photography related content, please follow us!
