Definitely Check Out These Two Historic Places | U.S. Army Artillery Museum and Geronimo's Grave

Located in Fort Sill, Oklahoma are two great historic places you need to visit while visiting the southwest part of the state. The first one is the U.S. Army Artillery Museum which has lots of rockets, tanks, and other exciting weapons on display you can check out. The second stop inside Fort Sill is Geronimo's grave. This beautiful and peaceful cemetery is the final resting place of the famed Apache warrior. Both stops are loaded with American history. We are a family of hikers based in Dallas that love to travel frequently in our RV. We are on the road as often as possible and enjoy discovering alpine lakes, slot canyons, natural arches, and other interesting landforms all over the U.S. and sharing our adventures with everyone. When we explore our state of Texas, we always try discovering new local places the whole family will enjoy. If you like hiking, camping, and photography related content, please follow us!
