A Quick Trail in Arches National Park for Just About Anyone | Park Avenue Trail

When visiting Arches National Park on a hot summer day, shade is important. We found that the enormous fins and rock formations surrounding the Park Avenue Trail are great at providing protection from the sun. The trail is only 1.8 miles with less than 300 feet of elevation game. These two factors make it the perfect trail for kids! Once done with your hike, head over to the La Sal Mountains Viewpoint when you might just catch an amazing sunset. We are a family of hikers based in Dallas that love to travel frequently in our RV. We are on the road as often as possible and enjoy discovering alpine lakes, slot canyons, natural arches, and other interesting landforms all over the U.S. and sharing our adventures with everyone. When we explore our state of Texas, we always try discovering new local places the whole family will enjoy. If you like hiking, camping, and photography related content, please follow us!
