If you are looking for an easy hike that overlooks a beautiful lake, try the Sunset Ridge Trail. It is located at Ridgway State Park near Ridgway, Colorado. The views of the Ridgway Reservoir are excellent! The trail is well maintained and less than a mile with mild elevation gain. It's a great trail for families.
