Easy, Uncrowded Hike Near Aspen Colorado | Weller Lake Trail
Just seven miles south of Aspen, Colorado located off of Highway 82 is the trail to Weller Lake. It is an easy, uncrowded hike to a pretty lake with a rocky shore and also lots of interesting downed trees. Located in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness of the White River National Forest, the trail to Weller Lake is a short one-mile round trip hike with only 300 feet of elevation gain and lots of shade.
