  • Freeze your cranberries! This will help keep your drink chilled!
  • You can add as much cranberry juice as you like. We enjoy a couple splashes of juice, so do it to your taste.

Prep time: 5 minutes; Total time: 5 minutes; Serves: 4

  • 2 cups Champagne, sparkling wine, or Prosecco
  • 4–8 ounces of Cranberry Juice
  • 1 cup of frozen cranberries
  • Cocktail Sugar (cranberry, regular, or peppermint)
  • Quartered Fresh Limes
  • Sprigs of Rosemary (garnish)
  • Edible glitter (garnish) There are lots of types out there snowflakes and stars are a favorite of mine.

  • To rim a wine glass or a champagne flute, use lime and your choice of cocktail sugar. I personally love the cranberry cocktail sugar, but peppermint is also a delicious option.
  • Toss in your frozen cranberries, using as many as you want, and your juice. You can experiment with different types of cranberry juice (cranberry juice with pomegranate is delish!).
  • Pour your champagne over the top.
  • Add your garnishes. I love to use edible glitter, but if you don't have any, no worries. Add a sprig of festive rosemary, and voila, the perfect Christmas drink.

Cheers, friends! ❤️
