A person suffers from crankiness and irritation when they suffer from a lack of sleep. According to health experts, a person should have at least 6 hours of sleep every day.
Sleep helps the body to refresh itself. An unhealthy sleeping pattern not only affects the immune system but the respiratory and digestive systems as well.
Loneliness is often not considered a serious issue, but it certainly is. Loneliness makes people prone to weight gain, depression, and heart diseases. There are also other side effects of loneliness like developing anxiety, emotional disturbances, and substance abuse.

Doing a sedentary job and sitting on a chair for many hours in a day is not good for health. In fact, sitting for elongated periods of time has many harmful effects on the body. There are many habits followed by people which may seem normal. However, they are not as normal as it seems.
