I love cooking new dishes for my boyfriend, and he seems to enjoy them. I came across this recipe of Pollo Alla Birra for two and thought to make this for Saturday evening.
All you need is chicken legs, garlic, rosemary, pepper, beer, cornstarch, olive oil, and yellow onion. Put the chicken in a large bowl and throw some garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and a cup of beer and let it sit for 30 minutes. Take the chicken and coat it in cornstarch.
Heat oil in a dutch oven and cook the chicken on both sides. Now, add the garlic and onion and saute it until cooked. Add the remaining marinade and rosemary, cook the chicken until the sauce is thick and the chicken is no longer pink.
