Hop into a grilled bacon brie cheese sandwich for a healthy snack

I am so bad at snacking and always end up eating cookies and chips. I came across this recipe and thought to give it a try. The bacon brie grilled cheese sandwich only takes 30 minutes to prepare, and it's healthy to hop on.

All you need is olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, brie cheese, baby spinach, pumpernickel bread, and bacon strips. Take a bowl and whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until blended. Coat the baby spinach in the mixture. Now, place cheese on half of the bread. Place the bacon strips, baby spinach, and leftover cheese on the bread. Brush the sandwich with remaining olive oil. In a large pan, grill the sandwich on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy your sandwich with a fresh glass of juice.
