Last weekend it was my mom's birthday, and I prepared roasted chicken for her. She was overwhelmed, and I was so amazed to see her happy. All you need is Chicken, salt and black pepper, onion powder, margarine, stalk celery, and leaves removed. Place chicken in a roasting pan and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle inside and out the onion powder. Cut celery leaves and put them inside the chicken cavity. Now, bake the chicken uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from heat and baste with melted margarine and dippings. Cover with aluminum foil and rest for 30 minutes. I am going to try this recipe again and again.
