During the Covid times, I was upset about losing my mental peace and had a lot of anxiety and stress issues as well. A friend of mine informed me about the online health and happiness workshop. I attended the event, and it was amazing. Well, I have heard a lot about such workshops but never attended anyone. But, this workshop helped me explore myself.
