A Shrimp Ceviche recipe, with the goodness of health and taste

I tried this recipe for friends get-together, and guess what? It was super amazing and delicious. It took me a total of 3hrs to prepare the shrimp ceviche. I bought some shrimp, lime, tomatoes, cilantro leaves, serrano chili, cucumber, tomato sauce, red pepper and salt, and red onion. All you have to do is chop the veggies and squeeze the juice out of the lime to put into the shrimp ceviche. You have to lay down the shrimp in a baking dish and pour lemon juice all over it and refrigerate for 3 hrs. Then toss with all the ingredients and refrigerate for a little time and simply serve with Tortilla. Ready to eat. I am pretty sure of making shrimp ceviche more often.
