Why go to a Japanese restaurant when you can make a delicious and tasty Teriyaki Glazed Chicken at your home.

Bored at home during the pandemic, I tried making Teriyaki Glazed Chicken. Well, I had it before at some specific restaurants. I went to Youtube and saw the recipe. At first, it looked a bit challenging, but somehow I made it. It took approx half an hour to make the dish. Here I am sharing with you the ingredients and a quick recipe. Do try it once and see what you end up with.

Ingredients 1 -Boneless skinless chicken (breast part) 2 -Canola oil (3 tablespoons) 3 - 2-3 carrots 4 - One sweet onion 5 - Half cooked rice 6 -Soya sauce and brown sugar 7 - Sesame seed and green onion (optional) Recipe 1 - Take a frying pan and stir fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes. 2 - Take out the chicken and stir fry carrots and onions in the same pan for 4-5 minutes. 3 - Add soya sauce and brown sugar to veggies. Let it boil, and then add the fried chicken. Keep on boiling until the sauce gets thick. 4 - Serve the dish with rice. Add sesame seeds and green onions if required.
