D'vine Nature - A new vegan friendly store has opened on the High Street in Wanstead
Veganism has taken the world by storm over recent years and now, more than ever, we are seeing the number of people adopting a plant based diet skyrocketing.
According to The Vegan Society, there are a staggering 600,000 vegans in the UK alone with that number continuing to rise. It's no surprise then that we are beginning to see the market for vegan products grow.
D’vine Nature, located on the High Street in Wanstead, is one such business that is aiming to capitalise on this growing trend. Specialising in vegan products, D'vine Nature opened its first store in London on Monday 7 March.
I caught up with D'vine Nature's founder, Miss Semra Altun, to find out more about her business idea and why she believes it is set for success:
“What inspired you to start D'vine Nature?”
“A number of my friends are vegan, and they are the ones who planted the seed in my mind. I'm a strong supporter of animal rights, and I'm thrilled to have the chance to create an environment where people can buy products without causing harm.
The health benefits of using natural products are also what motivated me to offer customers an alternative to the chemical-laden products they can find elsewhere.”
The store offers a wide selection of cruelty-free, healthy foods and drinks from various brands as well as organic produce. Also in stock is the Dr Bronner’s range of multi-use products.
Miss Altun added, "I am very excited to finally be able to open my shop, and I hope people like what we are offering."
D'vine Nature intends to continue stocking the best products available in the current market and hopes to surpass customers’ expectations.
As a vegan I am very excited about the opening of D'vine Nature’s first shop. I hope that it will be well received by the locals.
