Carrie Underwood is stunning fans while stretching it out on a yoga mat and boosting her profits. The 38-year-old country superstar and Fit52 app founder today popped up on her brand's Instagram, with the photo seeing the "Southbound" hit-maker showing off her sculpted shoulders as she posed stretching and in skin-tight leggings.
Carrie, whose app accompanies the March 2020 launch of her diet and exercise book Find Your Path, offered a motivational reminder to her followers, with the cute outfit also shouting out her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie clothing brand. Seated and with one leg folded, the blonde rocked gray yoga pants to offset baby pinks from her tank and sneakers, also delivering a gorgeous smile.
"Reminder," a caption opened, continuing: "Fitness is a journey - not a destination." Fans were then encouraged to "tag a friend" to "pass on the encouragement."
Carrie's app, which is now available on both Apple and Android, centers around a deck of 52 cards, plus the concept that not every workout has to be perfect. Rather, it's the overall effort that counts.
Both the app and book come in the wake of Carrie's 2020 reveal that she starved herself on just 800 calories a day following her 2005 American Idol win. Carrie admitted to checking food labels obsessively and logging her time on the elliptical after reading "Carrie's getting fat" comments from online message board trolls.
