If you're dealing with your mental health, it's crucial to get advice from a therapist or other professional. Don't try to push through your problems on your own. And don't buy into the idea that you should always be positive.

Acknowledge any negative emotions you might feel. If you're feeling overwhelmed by toxic positivity, it's important to remember that it's okay to feel sad, angry, or scared. These emotions are normal; they're valid, and they're a part of life. You don't have to put on a brave face all the time, and it's okay to ask for help when you're struggling.
