Jamie Collins Says That The Patriots Defense “Got A Little Complacent”

The New England Patriots have dropped back-to-back games. They lost two weeks against the Indianapolis Colts, and they lost last Sunday at Gillette Stadium to the Buffalo Bills. Over the last two weeks we’ve heard uncommon phrases coming out of the Patriots camp. Rookie quarterback Mac Jones said that the Patriots had a bad week of practice following the loss to the Colts. Veteran linebacker Jamie Collins is now saying that the Patriots defense has gotten “a little complacent”. It’s strange to hear Bill Belichick players using this kind of language. The one thing we’ve come to expect from New England is at the very least they’re prepared. You have to imagine the Patriots will be ready to go on Sunday when they face the Jacksonville Jaguars. - In this video Ray Rauth breaks things down a little further, and discusses how he thinks Belichick is reacting to the Patriots recent performances.
