Browns D’Ernest Johnson Breaks out vs Broncos, Years After Begging For a Tryout

With Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, and Kareem Hunt all missing during the Cleveland Browns Thursday night win over the Denver Broncos, that should have been the feel good story of the night. But after breaking out on the National stage, D’Ernest Johnson stole the show. Johnson’s outstanding performance aside, Thursday night’s game was there for the taking, however the Broncos had no answer for the Browns beat up offense. The Browns have a couple of games coming up against some divisional rivals, and it’s unclear when Baker Mayfield will be ready to take to the field again.
