We used a Louisiana local distillery, Bayou Rum Distillery's "Gator Bites Satsuma Liqueur" in place of Grand Mariner for the orange flavoring. Bayou Rum uses local sugar cane for their rum! We are heading into the end of the sugar cane harvest. Our hard working sugar growers work through the holidays to bring America and the world pure cane sugar. This recipe can be made for a small gathering of four or you can increase the amounts to fit your needs for a larger group. YMMV by using natural coconut milk as I used in the video.
