Children's Storybook Garden & Museum

At the Children's Storybook Garden & Museum, their mission is to strengthen the families and communities of King's County through hands on educational programming. They have a literature themed garden that is focused on reading and healthy eating. There's also an Interactive Farmhouse Museum that highlights the history of King's County farm history. The Garden's holds classes, camps, group field trips and is available for rent. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children, which is a very reasonable price for what is offered. When our family went we were inspired by everything they were growing and how it was organized. It was also a hot day and took advantage of their man made creek to cool off. Money well spent.
