Christmas celebrations continue throughout the Pee Dee region.

Downtown Christmas Magic: 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the 100 block of South Dargan Street in Florence. In its fourth year, the holiday event includes free hot cocoa and marshmallow roasting stations (while supplies last), decorated downtown storefronts, ugly sweater contest, crafts and games, meet-and-greet with Santa Claus, giant gingerbread slide and bounce house, animated music and light show and more. Free admission.

Pancakes with Santa: from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Dominion Learning Center, 1034 Pearl St., Darlington. There will be two one-hour sessions to get a yummy breakfast of pancakes and sausage along with photos with Santa Claus and Christmas coloring. Tickets are $10. Limited seating. Elf Scavenger Hunt at Moore Farms: from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Moore Farms Botanical Garden, 100 New Zion Road, Lake City. Families will explore the garden with an elf scavenger hunt and follow that up by warming up inside with hot chocolate and their choice of holiday crafts and ornaments. Info: 843-210-7582

Sullivan's Christmas Charcuterie Workshop: from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at SipCo. WIne + Beer, 116 N. Church St., Lake City. During this workshop you will create an 8x8 Christmas themed box meant for two as an after dinner snack or carry to lunch the next day. Wear your most creative Christmas tree skirt or tacky sweater. Bring a large portion of finger food and a $10 men or ladies' gift for the white elephant gift exchange. Must be age 16 or older to participate in the gift exchange. Crafting area and ugly sweater competition for the little ones.
