ALBANY, MN - Appreciating various local attractions that may not be well known will benefit cities at suburban areas. Therefore, we have compiled for you local attractions in the city of Albany that are interesting to visit.

Lake Wobegon Trail

Stands on trail endpoints precisely at 1st Ave. E. and Main St. at Central Lakes State Trail (Osakis) and River's Edge Park (Waite Park); Railroad Ave. West of 13th St. (Albany) to 450th St. This 65.5 miles length trail offers inline skating, fishing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, walking, cross country skiing. The track is also a wheelchair-friendly place to visit.

Dairyland Trail

With 10 miles in length, Dairyland Trail provides visitors with biking activities, horseback riding, snowmobiling, walking, and many more. The trail's located at 2nd Ave. At the baseball field (Elrosa) and 315th Avenue (New Munich).

Albany Heritage Day

An Albany's annual event to honor and celebrate the origins and culture of the City of Albany. This year's event was held on July 31, 2021. Along with fun activities such as 5K & 1K Run/Walk, Medallion Hunt, Bean Bag Toss, and kid's activities. A parade, live music, and fireworks also feature in this annual event to complete the celebration.

Albany Pioneer Days

This September from 16 to 19, 2021. Albany Pioneer Days will hold a parade of tractors start from 1:30 p.m Saturday and 2:00 p.m Sunday. If you are one of those tractors and countryside festival enthusiasm, come and join this parade.
