The RKP Transit Center is open Monday through Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customer Care window hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

As part of METRO’s ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and health of its customers and employees, the Kenmore Blvd. lobby will also remain closed.

Passengers can check the new schedule by visiting their website at https://www.akronmetro.org/bus-schedules.aspx. There are no printed schedules as of the present.

All passengers are still required to wear face coverings in all METRO buses and properties per the instructions from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the United States Department of Transportation.

METRO provides free transportation to and from COVID-19 vaccination appointments or sites on all services, including fixed-route, demand response, and Northcoast Express. To receive free fares, digital or printed proof of a same-day, scheduled COVID-19 vaccine appointment or pop-up event flier is required. This service has been running effectively since March 29, 2021.
