The Pocono Arts Council held an Artist’s Reception featuring the work of Joe Tantillo of Tantillo Fine Arts on Saturday March 19th in their Myra Kyle Gallery I which is located within its main gallery at 727 Main Street in Stroudsburg, PA. A sizable crowd attended the event in the small alcove where the work was displayed leading many of the attendees to share their conversations in the hall.

Joe Tantillo’s photographic talents are epitomized through the unique forms of digital art that he has pioneered creating a place for inward reflection to take place. Mr. Tantillo has had numerous shows in galleries in the U. S. East Coast including New York City and has shown virtually in Europe. He has won Special Merit Awards in recent national digital and abstract photography exhibits and was a twice gold winner in ArtFolio 2020 and a finalist in Fusion Art’s 2020 exhibition. The Pocono Arts Council was founded in 1975 as the Monroe County Arts Council and is the oldest and most established local arts service organization in the Pocono region of northeastern Pennsylvania. It serves artists and arts organizations in all disciplines as well as the resident and tourist populations of the area. The Pocono Arts Council’s Community Arts Gallery is located at 727 Main Street in Stroudsburg, PA. The venue’s Myra Kyle Gallery I and Myra Kyle II Galleries are available to rent and Mr. Tantillo is the first artist to do so. The exhibition featuring the work of Joe Tantillo of Tantillo Fine Arts will continue to be on display until March 29th.

Their next exhibition will be their Under 40 Exhibition that will be on display at The Community Arts Main Gallery. The Artists’ Reception will be held on Saturday April 2nd beginning at 4pm and will continue to be on display until May 3rd. The drop off date for those who wish to be a part of the exhibition is March 29th from 1 to 5pm. All artists under the age of 40 are welcomed to participate.
