Customer Appreciation Day at Stone Mountain Mall

Event Date: November 24, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Stone Mountain Mall is showing their thanks and appreciation to their customers for the holidays. Attend Customer Appreciation Day at Stone Mountain Mall where you can enjoy a small coffee or smoothie for free. There will also be a food giveaway at 2 p.m. Supplies are limited, so come early and claim your free treat!

Gobble Jog

Event Date: November 25, 2021

More than 10,000 runners will take to Marietta Square on Thanksgiving morning for the 19th Annual Gobble Jog. Choose between the 10K, 5K, 1K, Tot Trot (100 yards), or phantom runner options. By signing up, you are benefitting MUST Ministries and helping to provide food and shelter to someone in need.

Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon, 5K, Dash

Event Dates: November 25, 2021 through November 26, 2021

The Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon is Atlanta’s biggest Thanksgiving pre-game. Organized by the Atlanta Track Club, the annual Half Marathon, 5K, and Dash takes you through Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods like Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, Grant Park, and Little Five Points. Once you have finished the race, you are treated to a medal, a t-shirt, free photos, and a post-race pie.

2021 Gobble Til You Wobble 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2

Event Date: November 25, 2021 through November 30, 2021

Moon Joggers is showing their love for Turkey Day with the 5th annual Gobble Til You Wobble Run. This virtual event allows you to complete your race anytime in November, even better if it’s on Thanksgiving. A percentage of proceeds goes to Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization.

21st Annual Glenn Phillips Day-After Thanksgiving Show

Event Date: November 26, 2021

Why spend your Black Friday fighting the crowds at the mall when you can spend it listening to live music? Glenn Phillips returns for his annual Day-After-Thanksgiving Show at the Red Light Café. He will be playing songs from his newest album The Dark Parade as well as Glenn Phillips Band and Supreme Court Classics.

UGA vs. Georgia Tech Football Game

Spend the weekend after Thanksgiving watching football. The Georgia Tech vs. University of Georgia football game is one of Atlanta’s biggest rivalry games. The game will be held in Atlanta at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
