As NFL teams wrapped up their 2022 NFL season, they began to work to figure out what changes would be made to their roster ahead of next season as they hoped to compete for a Super Bowl victory.

The most important position that a team has to account for on their roster is at quarterback, and many teams are figuring out if they will continue with the quarterbacks they played with this season, or if they will attempt to sign or trade for a new star.

The Miami Dolphins are one such team, as there are lingering questions about their star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who struggled with concussions this season.

The Mirror reported that while legendary quarterback Tom Brady did rent a new apartment in Miami, Florida, after leaving Tampa Bay at the end of this season, that move likely was so that he could be closer to his children, who live in Miami with Gisele Bundchen.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter says that while there was speculation that the Dolphins could make a play for Brady, they have internally committed to bringing back Tua as their starting quarterback in 2023.

Although Brady will likely not end up with the Dolphins, he is not expected to re-sign with the Bucs, as many of his teammates say that his goodbyes to them seemed final after the season and that he had “no intention” of returning to the team.

It is not clear now if Brady will retire in order to head to Fox to begin his broadcasting career, or if he will attempt to sign with another team. The Las Vegas Raiders have been the team he has been linked to the most.
