Easy Recipes- One Pot Kobacha Soup
This recipe is so easy and this soup is perfect for a rainy day or really any time of year. If you don't have kobacha pumpkin, you can substiture with butternut squash, or another similar gourd. Recipe: 1 Small Kobacha Pumpkin 1 TBSP Chicken Bouillon 1 tsp Garlic Salt 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Bell's Seasoning 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk Topping: Cranberries, Pepitas, Sunflower Seeds Directions: 1.Cut and de-seed pumpkin 2. Steam until flesh easily separates from pumpkin 3. Add pumpkin back into the steamed remaining water 4. Add bouillon, salt, pepper, seasoning, and blend. 5. Add coconut milk and top with seeds and berries.
