This recipe is so easy and you can make it with or without corn. It's a one bowl recipe and cooks up nice and crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Recipe: 1 Cup Mochiko Flour 1 Cup Coconut Milk 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Egg 2 TBSP Melted Butter 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 Can drained corn Bake at 325 for 25-30 min Music: Stellar Wind-Unicorn Heads
