Mac Nut Poke in Waikiki: Hidden Gem Across from International Marketplace

Sato Seafood is located in the heart of Waikiki, across from International Marketplace and right next door to the famous Marugame Udon, who's lines are known by all that visit. While Sato is known for their fresh seafood, their take on unconventional poke bowls is what really stands out. One of their bowls known as the Salmon Aburi features macadamia nuts, seared salmon, and charredonions over sushi rice and gives the buttery salmon a slight crunch which meshes together perfectly. Their other popular bowl is the Hawaiian Munchies with fresh ahi, tenkasu, garlic chips, spicy mayo, and soy. This was definitely the most topped ahi we've ever tried, but the crunchy, sweet, spicy flavors all worked so well together.
