Kapa Hale is located in the Kahala area of O'ahu. Chef Keaka Lee opened his doors at Kapa Hale during the pandemic in his childhood neighborhood. His inspiration of the different designs of Kapa gives him creativity in all of his dishes. Chef Lee sources as many local ingredients as possible from local farms.
