North Shore Food Trucks: French Crepes in Hawai'i

The North Shore of Oahu is known for having some of the best food trucks on island. While many people are familiar with the garlic shrimp from Giovanni's, they may not realize there is sooo much more to eat and one great spot is only a few steps away. The is one of the cutest trucks in town boasting a traditional French crepe made from buckwheat flour in both sweet and savory designs. The remodeled Volkswagon Bus displays the eclectic menu, while the windows allow you to enjoy the full show of crepe making as if you were in the streets of Marseilles. In this video, you will see the full process of crepe making, along with our choices for lunch which included the Hawaiian, Veggie, Bonjour, Banana Mac, and Smore. Not only is the presentation of each crepe impeccable, but the flavors are outstanding as well. Music: Accra Musician: Jeff Kaale upbeat uplifting commercial Asepirawan20
