Pacific northwest is experiencing a dangerous and unprecedent heat waves this weekend. The temperature has climbed over 100 degrees. The hot waves will last one week. Before the weather became such a huge phenomena, I picked an early morning and drove to Kerry Park in the Queen Ann hill trying to catch the sunrise of Seattle. When I was driving across SR 520 bridge to Seattle, I checked the sky, the south sky was very clear with looming Mt Rainier, but the deep pink clouds started on the north sky. I knew I would be lucky to catch the beautiful sunrise because as usual the cloud will keep moving south. So this shot made me a day!!!
