Hidden Gem for Autumn Colors at Acadia National Park | Echo Lake

Tired of the crowds and lack of parking at Cadillac Mountain? Why not try a less traveled area of Acadia National Park. Echo Lake is a true gem especially if you take the hike up to the Lake Ledges. The views from the ledges are outstanding and you will most likely have the overlook all to yourself. While summer is a great time to come to the lake, I am partial to the fall colors that are incredibly vibrant right now. We are Brittany and Jay and we travel full time in our RV, visiting the best natural wonders, tourist locations, and unique restaurants. We love sharing our experiences here on NewsBreak, follow us here for more adventures to come.
